Chip and Beth Kinzler were both born and raised in the Treasure Valley with deep roots here. Chip is a graduate of Nampa High School and earned his Bachelor of Arts at Northwest Nazarene University. Beth graduated from Emmet High School and earned her Bachelors of Science degree at Boise State University.

Kinzler Builders have won over thirty awards for homes they have built since 2000 including builder's choice and realtors choice awards. Most recently Chip was awarded The Builder of the Year for 2005, given by the Snake River Valley Building Contractors Association (SRVBCA). Kinzler Builders was honored with the Circle of Excellence award by the Idaho Energy Department for his commitment to build ENERGY STAR^® rated homes.
